Damen Middle East Shared Services located in UAE is part of Damen Global Support and provides support services for the divisions of Damen Shipyards Group in the areas of various expertise like Finance, Audit, Legal and Compliance.

Qualification: Qualified certified auditor with 5 years of experience in UAE ADGM companies.

The Role:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our finance team at Damen Middle East. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of relevant experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for overseeing all internal and external financial reporting, cash flow planning, budgets, and conducting various financial analyses. Knowledge of MS Dynamics is preferred.

2. Cash Flow and Forecasting
3. Annual Accounts Preparation
4. Internal and External Reporting
5. UAE ADGM & Tax compliance
6. Knowledge of conducting Internal Audits
7. Adhoc tasks as delegated by Management
