Key Account Manager/Sales Manager

Manage strategic accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and develop strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and manage client relationships in the A2P SMS sector, driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and operations oversight.
  3. Drive sales of ICT solutions, build client relationships, conduct presentations, and manage sales pipelines while having strong IT sales experience.
  4. Manage client relationships, address needs through various communication methods, and possess expertise in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Material Science.
  5. Achieve sales targets, develop client relationships, utilize resources efficiently, and coordinate logistics for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
