Role Title: Event Outreach Coordinator

Role Summary:
The primary focus will be following up on invitations sent to mayors from the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and the Asia Pacific regions. The role involves confirming receipt of invitations, ensuring participation, and coordinating with mayoral offices to secure a representative if the mayor is unavailable – or if this is not possible, securing registrations of other city leaders in their stead.
This role is vital to ensuring the presence of key city representatives at our client’s global event, and one which would suit proactive and organized candidates who enjoy engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
