HR Generalist

Job Purpose:

To carry out the professional duties of Center Head - Pre School, teaching all areas of the primary curriculum, as circumstances may require and in accordance with the school's policies under the direction of the Management.

Responsibilities:

1. To take responsibility for teaching a class or small groups, adhering to the teacher standards, ensuring each pupil makes the best possible progress in their learning.
2. To take key responsibility for the well-being and safety of the students in the class, and for ensuring good standards of behavior.
3. To work closely with teachers and leaders across the school to co-ordinate and promote children’s co-curricular activities and to organize and deliver events in a timely and organized way.
4. To adhere to all the school’s policies and practices.
5. To maintain a tidy, well-managed and attractive learning environment, in which learning resources are clearly displayed and available to all.
6. To take responsibility for your own professional development, seeking opportunities to reflect upon and improve your practice in line with the school’s and your own priorities.
7. To contribute to the school’s wider effectiveness including running at least one extra-curricular club per year.
8. Be prepared, when appropriate, to take a leadership role within the school. This may include being part of a core curriculum team.
