About the Role
Vault Wealth is seeking a talented and motivated Brand and Communications Manager to strengthen our brand presence and ensure consistent, high-impact communication across all channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE market, with a strong understanding of the affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) segment. This individual will work closely with the Founders and Marketing Advisor to develop and implement brand strategies that align with Vault's mission, values, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to position Vault Wealth as a leader in the GCC wealth management market.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and client communications.
Monitor brand health and implement initiatives to strengthen brand equity and recognition.
Content Creation and Management
Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to the needs and interests of the affluent and HNW audience.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery across relevant channels, including websites, newsletters, and social media.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, white papers, and videos.
Communications and Public Relations
Develop and implement external communication strategies to amplify Vault's market presence.
Build relationships with media outlets and manage PR initiatives to position Vault as a thought leader in wealth management.
Oversee the development of press releases, articles, and speaking opportunities for company leadership.
Market Research and Insights
Leverage market research to understand client needs, preferences, and competitive positioning.
Use insights to refine marketing and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Community Engagement
Create and execute initiatives to foster a thriving community among Vault's target clientele.
Organize events, forums, and partnerships that add value to the HNW audience and build meaningful connections.
Collaborate with event partners to deliver memorable experiences that reflect Vault's brand and mission.
Digital and Social Media
Manage Vault's social media presence, ensuring consistent, engaging, and targeted messaging.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Oversee website content updates and enhancements to align with brand goals and client needs.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in brand management or communications, preferably in the financial services or luxury sectors.
Proven experience working with affluent and HNW individuals in the UAE market.
Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Experience in managing PR initiatives and collaborating with media outlets.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
