Job Description

We are seeking a First Line Sales Manager for our APJMEA team who is passionate about the success of both our clients and Account Executives. This is a leader role developing and executing strategies for complex enterprise deals.


Responsibilities:

You will be significantly growing the APJMEA business by:

  1. Establishing a strong overall sales strategy in collaboration with the APJMEA leadership team.
  2. Working with Account Executives as a coach on strategy and maximizing their success in sales.
  3. Overseeing sales strategy, setting goals and quotas, generating/reviewing metrics and reports, and identifying improvements needed in sales processes.
  4. Energizing and driving the sales organization to be high performers and achieve stretch goals.
  5. Coordinating territory and account planning, pipeline reviews, and action plans to drive goals and meet/exceed targets.
  6. Hiring and developing a world-class sales team to support Copperleaf's growth.
  7. Advocating for the success of our clients and prospects in achieving business value from Copperleaf solutions.
  8. Contributing and shaping the company culture.
  9. Completing annual sales incentive and compensation plans.
  10. Helping guide the ongoing evolution of formal sales methodology and related enablement tool kits.
  11. Developing industry and product knowledge within the team.
  12. Working proactively with external Partners, and our Marketing/Business Development/Enablement/Success team members, to generate more business with and through partners.

  6. You’ve demonstrated individual success in enterprise software sales, including:
    1. Experience with complex product and solution sales.
    2. Managing negotiations for software license agreements and associated SLAs.
    3. Strong sales presentation skills, with the ability to influence.
    4. Proven experience consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  7. You have experience managing a high-performing sales team, including:
    1. Track record of creating a positive, successful sales culture with a focus on team success.
    2. Success in attracting and retaining top sales talent.
