Job Description:

1. Lead the design and analysis of complex structures, including high-rise buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities.
2. Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
3. Use engineering software, including ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE, to perform structural analysis and design.
4. Prepare design reports, calculations, and construction drawings.
5. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure that design intent is achieved.
6. Manage project schedules and budgets.
7. Mentor and train junior engineers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2. DM Unlimited Accreditation is a must.
3. At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on high-rise buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities.
4. Proficiency in engineering software, including ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE.
5. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including ASCE, ACI, AISC, and IBC.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills.
