Nomada is a leading event management company with a 20-year legacy of excellence. Based in Dubai, we specialize in crafting memorable experiences for a diverse range of clients. We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Manager and Secretary to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative Officer to oversee and streamline office operations. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the office, handling visitor reception, coordinating employee matters, performing administrative tasks, and liaising with financial and legal departments. The position reports directly to the General Manager and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Organize and maintain office systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Setup internal meetings and follow team tasks.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
  • Financial & Legal Liaison: Coordinate with financial and legal services for compliance and record-keeping.
  • Employee Management: Handle employee-related matters including onboarding, attendance, and record-keeping.
  • Support to Leadership: Provide administrative support to the General Manager and CEO, including scheduling and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with financial and legal procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
