Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM customization (Mandatory skill)
• Proven track record of CRM data migration projects (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in C# development with a deep understanding of .NET framework
• Experience in plugin development for MS Dynamics CRM
• Proficiency in workflow development and business process automation
• Experience with integration of MS Dynamics CRM with other systems
• Strong team leadership and project management skills, including the ability to mentor junior developers

Skill Sets :

• MS Dynamics 365 version 1612 (8.2.3.252) (DB 8.2.3.252) on-premises version (Sales and Case Management Modules)
• MS ADX version 8.2.28.11
• MS SQL Server 2019 - CU8
• Experience with Dynamics Cloud Migration to Cloud
• Insurance domain P&C and Medical
• UAE experience is preferred
• 10 years of experience
• MS Dynamics CRM ON PREMISE Technical Lead (version details shared above)
• Understanding of Insurance - preferred
• Reasonably good communication skills since he will be our only rep onsite

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and customization of MS Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements
• Oversee CRM data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Develop custom plugins and workflows to extend CRM functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and leadership
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development, deployment, and documentation
