Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology: Understanding the human body, muscles, joints, and how different exercises affect the body, as well as how to avoid injuries.
Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to clients' changing needs or unexpected circumstances (e.g., injuries, fitness level changes, or limited space/equipment).

You need to ensure that the Fitness Studio is operated in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations. Support and assist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of Fitness Centre operations. Meet and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide efficient registration/check-in to all guests as they arrive for scheduled training. Ensure that the Fitness booking system is operated in accordance with department procedures, including guest billing and upselling of services. Provide overall guidance through individual consultation to ensure that guests receive a holistic and beneficial experience within the Fitness Studio in line with their expectations and goals. Promote the overall philosophy and services to reinforce the reputation and profile of the resort.
Suitable candidates will report directly to the Assistant Recreation Manager and should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. Candidates must have strong experience in the fitness sector, be dynamic, passionate, flexible, and a team player. Excellent spoken and written English is required.
