The below opportunity is with one of the well-known Property Developers in UAE.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a strong network of real estate agencies for new project sales.
  • Develops buyers by meeting potential buyers in community activities; greeting drop-ins; placing advertisements; responding to inquiries.
  • Closes sales by understanding buyers' requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
  • Provides guidance and assists buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determines clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Performs comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  • Prepares necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
  • Develops networks and cooperates with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
  • Remains knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Sources potential investors and establishes/maintains a good working relationship.
  • Assembles detailed property portfolio and presents it to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a Property Developer/Brokerage in a sales capacity.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or sales consultant for property developers.
  • Proven track record of successful sales records amongst clients.
  • Have a network of brokers in the market.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Valid UAE Driver's License.
  • Knowledge of Dubai.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • A passion to succeed.
  • Ability to communicate in Russian will be an additional bonus.

Salary Commission: 0.5% on indirect sales & 1.5% on direct sales. Other standard benefits as per the UAE Labor law.
