We are currently seeking Head of Talent and Learning & Development for our Groups HR department in Dubai.

Responsibilities in Brief:

The Head of Talent and Learning & Development is responsible for driving talent development and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce. This role requires a passion for people development, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of emerging trends in talent management and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Learning and Development: Create and deliver innovative learning solutions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and implement a robust succession planning process to ensure business continuity.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes to drive performance improvement and career development.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certification in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
