Job Description

1. Develop and implement a production program that considers all factors affecting production such as material availability, machine capacity, and labor resources.
2. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and supervise necessary maintenance.
3. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
4. Participate in Civil and Mechanical projects.
5. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
6. Ownership and accountability of the building's maintenance.
7. Managing standards of services including cleaning and maintenance services.
