Risk & Quality Analyst

Our client, one of Dubai's largest and most prestigious companies, is seeking a talented Risk & Quality Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the potential to make a significant impact on major programmes.

About the Role

As a Risk & Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality and compliance across programmes. From conducting audits to preparing dashboards, your expertise will support risk management and deliverables that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Reporting: Prepare project-level dashboards for a clear, strategic overview.
• Audits & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality strategies through audits and cadence sessions.
• Data Management: Maintain baseline registers for tracking quality and risk records.
• Risk Monitoring: Monitor, report, and mitigate risks across all project phases.
• KPI Development: Track and execute department KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Process Governance: Assess processes and ensure quality across SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
• Tool Management: Administer programme management tools and Microsoft Suite solutions.
• Framework Alignment: Maintain risk processes and policies in line with industry best practices.
• Stage Gate Process: Govern project stage gates and provide expert advisory.

What We're Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in the Risk & Quality domain.
• Additional experience in programme delivery or SAP implementation is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency with programme/project tools like Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and tracking capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
