Responsibilities
- Oversee import/export operations and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Reconcile corporate/hotel deals and payments daily.
- Consolidate financial data accurately.
- Manage currency positions and mitigate financial risks.
- Manage departmental funds and customer payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Perform data analysis, generate reports, and prepare presentations.
- Respond to various data requests.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure KYC compliance.
- Collaborate with departments to address needs and facilitate communication.
- Arrange and coordinate customer meetings and calls.
- Maintain effective communication and follow-up with customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management within the FinTech industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, including transaction processing, customer support, CRM, compliance, and risk management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to the financial services industry.
