Job Description: As the CRM Manager, you will take ownership of developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies that focus on building stronger connections with our existing customers and most importantly, maximizing our sales.
Your goal will be to drive customer retention, enhance engagement, and maximize lifetime value through personalized and data-driven communication. This role requires a hands-on approach to lifecycle campaign management, customer segmentation, and performance analysis to ensure we are meeting business goals effectively.
