Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Project and uphold Jafza’s image through proper sales representation at local and international events.
  2. Responsible for capturing the interest of potential investors in Jafza products through attending to sales and investment queries received through various channels (e.g., delegations, events & exhibitions, web inquiries).
  3. Act as the central selling point to delegations interested in exploring investment opportunities in the UAE Parks & Zones.
  4. Manage Jafza’s stand(s) at all exhibitions and supervise team manning at any temporary stands (e.g., DWTC).
  5. Plan and coordinate the roster covering staff participation and stand manning at all events.
  6. Present to international and local delegations and act as the tour guide around the zones.
  7. Lead all required updates for the Jafza official presentation and all relevant collaterals to ensure the information represented is relevant and up-to-date, in coordination with the Marketing & Communications department.
  8. Establish and foster relationships with both UAE government and government-related entities, foreign governments, and their related agencies and associations to institutionalize relationships and exploit potential avenues of cooperation and collaboration.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with relevant departments within the organization to ensure the investor’s smooth and seamless transition, contributing to the overall experience and satisfaction.
  10. Identify relevant local and international events for Jafza participation and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure participation and support where relevant.
  11. Identify, communicate, and follow up with potentials, leads, and prospects to maximize migration to Jafza.
  12. Orient and train, periodically and whenever the need arises, the Sales Team and the Ahlan team (and others) to ensure they are aware of answers to FAQs when in contact with potential investors.
  13. Manage the Agents lead generation and advise on the renewal or termination of agreements against their productivity reports.
  14. Report to VP - Sales on critical issues and operational updates in addition to sales projections to ensure revenue and target orientation.
  15. Recommend new markets, regions, and partnership opportunities to widen the exposure of Jafza products and offerings, evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  16. Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions.
  17. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  18. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  19. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
