Cafe Waiter

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner as they arrive at the café.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
3. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and to the customer’s satisfaction.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
5. Assist with seating arrangements and managing customer flow during peak hours.
6. Handle customer inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and address any complaints or issues professionally.
7. Process payments and provide correct change or card transactions.
8. Assist in setting up the café for opening and closing duties, including clearing tables and preparing for the next service.
9. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

1. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
4. Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Experience: server: 2 years (Preferred)
