Senior Property Associate

DRE are currently looking for driven individuals to join our real estate community. The organisation is currently going through a complete rebrand and we are looking for talented Senior Property Associates to join our brand new office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a real estate background in the UAE, with strong market knowledge and existing client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created.
2. Expert knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the UAE Real Estate market.
3. Creating and attending property valuations and viewings.
4. Negotiating with prospective buyers and clients.
5. Building on existing relationships and building network.
6. Following all company generated leads.
7. Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing, and networking.
8. Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Previous real estate experience in the UAE.
2. Strong sales skills.
3. Strong market knowledge and awareness of property trends.
4. Ability to use social media for personal branding.
5. Proven sales results.
6. Existing relationships with buyers and sellers.
7. Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt.
