Construction Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare and maintain register to track Bid Number, RFT Number, Project Number, Agreement Number, Bank Guarantees, and Insurance.
2. Prepare and maintain Subcontract register to track Subcontract / Frame Agreement / Blanket Contracts / Engineering Contracts.
3. Prepare and maintain Agreements registers to track MoU, Sales Agreements, Partnership Agreements.
4. Assist Contracts Manager to prepare CONTRACT documents using software (Microsoft Office, EPICOR, and ZOHO Contract).
