The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in all human resource functions including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee relations. The HR Officer will ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization, while actively contributing to the improvement of HR systems and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
