Provide total account management to assigned accounts to maintain and develop new business opportunities for the hotel, thereby increasing market share of existing accounts in order to achieve budgets.
Prepare and submit relevant administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner, such as sales call schedules, sales call reports, and monthly reports to ADOS/DOS.
Maintain an efficient customer database system (OPERA), which is essential in generating sales activities reports.
Update customers with the latest developments in the hotel and inform hotel management of all changes in the customer profile.
Seek out and target new customers, new sales opportunities, and initiate action plans to secure new business for the hotel.
Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major segments through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
Any other duties assigned by the Dept. Head.
Thoroughly familiarize oneself with the hotel's emergency procedures and be prepared for any emergencies that may occur.
Familiarize oneself with all related company documentation, especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings.
Carry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested.

Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience in the same position in a 4 or 5-star hotel and a high school degree.
Fluency in English is required; German and/or Russian proficiency is highly preferred.
