Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Manage employee documentation such as contracts, visa applications, and onboarding paperwork. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR database. Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assist in organizing employee training and development programs. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to join immediately.
