Cashier

· Able to maintain security of cash through maintaining clear cash flow records. Maintain accurate records of all customer goods/services provided. Always ensure complete compliance to operational procedures and instructions delivering the very highest quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver all cash accounts in accordance with company policies.
2. Able to accurately handle payment transactions in accordance with company accounting guidelines.
3. Perform functions of cash register and process payments on a regular basis.
4. Provide friendly, fast and accurate processing of customer related purchases & sales ensuring customer concerns and needs are met.
5. Accurately receives and make payment for goods and services, manage petty cash, make deposits.
6. Compute and record totals of transactions.
7. Keeps counter and register area neat and organized.
8. Understand various services offered and difference between different services available.
9. Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.

Measures:

· Efficiency in delivery of requirements as per the guidelines of work in alignment with the KPI of each objective and task.

Nature of Supervision Exercised:

· May function as a high-level individual contributor or coordinator of multiple projects.

· Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

· May provide incidental guidance to others.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Basic computer skills and good level of numeracy.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

1. Dependable & trustworthy.
2. Able to stand for long periods of time.
3. Practice good cash control at all times.

Experience:

· 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably UAE.
