Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute and oversee maintenance activities for mechanical equipment ensuring safe, reliable operations.
2. Develop comprehensive maintenance procedures aligning with industry best practices while providing troubleshooting support.
3. Collaborate effectively with Quality Assurance during audits, adhering strictly to regulatory compliance standards.
4. Contribute actively towards training development aimed at enhancing mechanical maintenance skillsets across teams.
5. Provide essential outage and emergency response support as required by plant operations.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 8 years experience within the Nuclear/Power Plant industries focused on general maintenance tasks and in managing maintenance teams and activities.

Additionally,

1. Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.
2. Strong decision-making skills complemented by leadership capabilities.
3. Excellent communication proficiency paired with interpersonal finesse.
4. In-depth knowledge of power plant safety procedures.
