Job Description:

Novotel and Ibis World Trade Centre and Ibis One Central Hotel are seeking a Sales Executive for the MICE segment who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of events.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue in the MICE segment across the three (3) hotels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry developments to stay ahead of market demands.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
  • Attend events to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel properties and acquire leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Conduct sales presentations and site tours for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
