MEP Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate operation and corrective maintenance services for pumps, motors, panel boards, HVAC units, chillers, BMS, etc.
2. Supervise routine checkup and troubleshooting of air handling unit, mechanical pump/motor, exhaust fan motors, and plumbing.
3. Monitor performance of outsourced companies and approve issuance of permits to contractors.
4. Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP works at site.
5. Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensure the correct services are delivered.
6. Perform other duties as assigned and assist other team members in different work disciplines as required in order to meet all work assignments.

Skills Required:

1. Good working knowledge of computer applications.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Ability to work unsupervised.
4. Strong time management skills.
