Roles and responsibilities

As an Associate in Marketing Partnerships at Aldar Development, you will play a key role in executing and activating marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the VP Marketing Partnerships to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives and contribute to community engagement efforts. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams, managing ticket distribution, and supporting event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Activation:
    • Collaborate with the VP Marketing Partnerships to execute and activate marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ensure all partnership obligations and activations are carried out effectively and on schedule.
  2. Brand Awareness:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Aldar Properties' brand visibility through partnerships.
    • Create marketing plans that leverage partnerships to boost brand exposure locally and internationally.
  3. Sales Lead Generation:
    • Design and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales and revenue growth through partnership opportunities.
    • Track and report on the success of lead generation initiatives to optimize performance.
  4. Community Engagement:
    • Develop and manage community engagement programs linked to partnerships.
    • Enhance Aldar Properties' reputation as a community-focused brand by fostering a sense of belonging.
  5. Ticket Management and Distribution Support:
    • Oversee the management and distribution of tickets for partnership-related events and activities.
    • Handle ticket-related inquiries and ensure efficient processing and distribution.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and PR to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.

  6. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, and creative) to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.
  7. Contract Management: Assisting in the negotiation and management of partnership agreements and contracts.
  8. Event Support: Supporting partnership-related events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  9. Content Creation: Assisting in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and communications related to partnerships.
  10. Budget Management: Helping manage the budget for partnership initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
