Social Media Videographer

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts.
3. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
4. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
5. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
6. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
8. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
2. Strong experience in videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
3. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas tailored to different platforms.
6. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management and videography.
