Fitness Supervisor
Job description
- Handling the day-to-day safety & operation of the Gym, tennis court, and other facilities.
- Managing the duty roster and training for the team.
- Responsible for inventory, storage, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Gym equipment is an advantage.
- Possessing administrative skills for daily reports, email inquiries, complaints, finance, and other departmental concerns.
- Good communication and customer service experience to attend to guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Experience dealing with partners and third parties.
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications, Outlook, and cashiering.
- Skills in self-development, teamwork, leadership, and supervision.
- Recording and monitoring daily safety checks on all equipment, reporting hazards, and ensuring completion of necessary work.
- Developing training programs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Providing administrative support to the department, overseeing the effective organization of all departmental filing and processes.
