This is a remote position.
The Creative Director should have a strong understanding of digital marketing communications and web technologies to creatively gel online marketing strategies and technical possibilities in achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
The Creative Director is required to provide creative direction for online marketing campaigns as well as web projects and then seeing through to execution whilst ensuring quality of work produced.
The ideal candidate should be extremely creative, dedicated, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, willing to mentor and lead a team of creative professionals.
5+ experience in digital advertising, Adtech / Martech. Significant experience in the finance and marketing fields is strongly preferred. Great written and verbal communication skills in Malay & English (Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese will be a definite plus). Exceptionally well organized and driven by success. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations. Outstanding negotiating skills. Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills. A solid history of data-driven strategic development. Deep understanding of the industry, technologies, website monetization, and online advertising tools and practices. Strong prospecting, writing, presenting, negotiating and oral communication skills. Personal qualities: active, sociable, goal-oriented, self-motivated, capable of working alone and as a part of a team. Ability to work from home and stay on-task.
