Acting as a link between the HR department and management, heads of departments, business units, and employees, the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor, providing advice on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and talent acquisition. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
Primary Activities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement effective HR policies and practices that align with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with employees, providing guidance on a wide range of HR-related matters.
Stay up to date on legal requirements, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
Manage the talent acquisition process, ensuring the timely completion of hiring activities and completing new hire compliance tasks.
Support performance management initiatives and identify employee learning and development needs.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Foster a positive workplace culture and drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Partner with third-party providers (such as recruitment agencies, training organizations, etc.) as needed.
Work closely with other HR team members to support the effective delivery of HR services.
Handle other HR projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Technical Competencies:
Demonstrate excellent understanding of HR policy and administrative knowledge combined with a good understanding of the company’s business operations.
Ability to provide HR advisory on the company’s HR policies and procedures for day-to-day people management and for HR administrative and operational matters ensuring full compliance with local employment law and other related regulations.
Familiar with recruitment ERP systems and administrative skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Demonstrated skills in employee relations to support the implementation of initiatives and programs to improve and encourage employee engagement, career development, communication, work environment, health & safety, and overall employee experience.
Skilled in performance management, providing guidance to line managers on the appraisal process and assisting with the administration and documentation of the appraisal process.
Demonstrates sound working knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems and HR data management and reporting including monitoring HR performance dashboard and metrics.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Good working knowledge of MS-Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certifications are a plus.
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR business partner or similar role.
High proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of some Arabic language may also be an advantage.
