Civil Foreman Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in the oil & gas construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, along with excellent English communication skills. As a Civil Foreman Engineer, you will oversee the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on oil & gas projects.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform tasks assigned.
• Monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Direct and lead workers engaged in construction activities, including excavation, construction, and installation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction specialists to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Estimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs, managing inventories and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and that construction activities move according to predetermined schedules.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
