Job Title: HR Manager

Reports To: Managing Director

Our multinational client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join their close-knit team of around 100 employees. The ideal candidate will be both hands-on, yet a strategic and results-oriented HR professional with a strong understanding of all aspects of human resources management.

This is an exciting role where you can put your stamp on the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning & Development:
   1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business goals.
   2. Conduct HR needs assessments and develop plans to address identified gaps.
   3. Overhaul the development and implementation of employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
   1. Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
   2. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
   3. Manage employee relations and build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
3. Performance Management & Development:
   1. Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
   2. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
   3. Identify and address employee training and development needs.
4. Compensation & Benefits:
   1. Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, gratuity.
   2. Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement:
   1. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
   2. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
   3. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
   4. Manage employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and family leave.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting:
   1. Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment costs, and employee satisfaction.
   2. Prepare regular reports on HR activities and key performance indicators.
7. Administrative Duties:
   1. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and security.
   2. Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
   3. Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
3. Proven experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
4. Up to date with UAE labour law.
5. A positive, can-do attitude.
6. Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., [mention specific HRIS systems like ADP, Workday]).
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
