Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote services, manage social media, optimize website content, run paid advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. Focus on driving patient acquisition, engagement, and retention while maintaining brand visibility, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations.
Develop digital strategy and execute online/digital marketing initiatives using hands-on and project management skills with collaborative cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, developers, product management, video producers & editors, writers, etc.).
Maintain and manage all online/digital media including website content management, social media communications and management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management.
Help with online directory listings, email marketing campaigns, email list management, and event production as needed.
Measure and monitor online performance, competitor sites, and digital advertising campaigns.
Help maintain digital asset management server and manage all other platforms serving digital activities (WhatsApp, CRM, HIS, White Label App).
Track specific milestones including related email advertising conversion rates and other key metrics that relate to the campaign, including any ROI against project goals.
Interface with the creative team as needed for key projects.
Plan and execute online advertising including banner and email campaigns, search and website promotions, SEM, SEO, affiliate, and all other channels.
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing plans.
Keeps management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations.
Liaise with digital agencies for regular deliverables and tracking projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing & Communication.
Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).
Minimum 6-8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role; healthcare experience is a plus.
