Design Engineer

We are looking for a design engineer experienced in modular construction for our Global projects.

Responsibilities

1. Structural Design and Analysis: Develop and analyze modular building systems using cold-rolled steel, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with local and international standards (e.g., AISI, Eurocode, ASCE), and optimization for environmental conditions in the Middle East and U.S. markets.
2. Project Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and manufacturing teams to translate design concepts into modular solutions, ensuring seamless integration with construction methodologies and adherence to project timelines.
3. Sustainability and Efficiency Innovations: Drive sustainable design practices by incorporating energy-efficient, lightweight, and cost-effective cold-rolled steel solutions while maintaining aesthetic and functional requirements.
4. Code Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all designs adhere to regional building codes, including Middle Eastern and U.S. standards, and produce detailed engineering documentation, including design calculations, shop drawings, and fabrication guidelines.
5. Quality Control and On-Site Support: Oversee the quality of modular components during fabrication and installation, providing on-site technical guidance and resolving design-related challenges to ensure the project meets safety and performance specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience preferably in the U.S market
• Experience in Modular Construction
• Awareness of local and international standards (e.g., AISI, Eurocode, ASCE)
