Roles & Responsibilities
- Represent the HR operations professionally and partner with departments to achieve the goals.
- Ensure the implementation of quality and efficiency in delivering the HR services with continuous development.
- Track employee separations to ensure timely repatriation.
- Maintain Human Resources Information System to provide accurate employee records that comply with all applicable general and local laws.
- Conduct investigations and submit recommendations, supporting the administration of the disciplinary process.
- Handle employee-related queries and grievances regularly to ensure fairness and consistency in all HR-related approaches.
- Collaborate to solve employee-related issues.
