Job description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing Strategy with a background in retail fashion or luxury industry. The ideal candidate has a passion for developing and implementing marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team. This role requires 3-6 years of hands-on experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop campaign and execute marketing plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
  2. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and assist in maintaining the brand’s voice and identity in the market.
  3. Story Telling: Develop and execute a cohesive storytelling strategy that builds a compelling brand narrative consistently highlighting brand values and creating a strong desire and emotional connection with the brand.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  5. Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions. Monitor campaign performance and optimize to improve ROI.
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting campaign objectives.
  8. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  9. Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to engage existing customers and increase loyalty. Implement programs to improve the customer journey and enhance customer satisfaction.
  10. Content Development: Coordinate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
  11. Vendor & Agency Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to execute marketing initiatives. Negotiate with vendors to maximize value within budget constraints.
