We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Sales Executive with expertise in outbound sales and CRM systems to expand our client base and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Outbound Activities:
Proactively source and target potential clients through outbound methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.
Utilize effective lead generation techniques to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
CRM Management & Reporting:
Utilize CRM systems like Zoho CRM or Salesforce to track leads, manage sales activities, and analyze client data.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and pipeline progression.
Generate regular sales reports and insights to support decision-making and strategy.
Sales Strategy & Presentations:
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Create and deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate the value of Innovex’s services in photo/video production, branding, website development, and 3D/CGI.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback to enhance Innovex’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Partner with internal teams (creative, production, and development) to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
Work with the marketing team on proposals and other business development materials.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
CRM Expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Zoho CRM or Salesforce, including lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and reporting.
Outbound Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation, including cold calling and prospecting.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of photo/video production, branding, website development, and 3D/CGI services.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Personal Traits: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
