Job Title: Sales Executive - full time

We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Sales Executive with expertise in outbound sales and CRM systems to expand our client base and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Outbound Activities:
    • Proactively source and target potential clients through outbound methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.
    • Utilize effective lead generation techniques to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  2. CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Utilize CRM systems like Zoho CRM or Salesforce to track leads, manage sales activities, and analyze client data.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and pipeline progression.
    • Generate regular sales reports and insights to support decision-making and strategy.
  3. Sales Strategy & Presentations:
    • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Create and deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate the value of Innovex’s services in photo/video production, branding, website development, and 3D/CGI.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
    • Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  5. Market Research & Strategy:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to enhance Innovex’s offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Partner with internal teams (creative, production, and development) to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
    • Work with the marketing team on proposals and other business development materials.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  2. Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
  3. CRM Expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Zoho CRM or Salesforce, including lead tracking, sales pipeline management, and reporting.
  4. Outbound Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in outbound lead generation, including cold calling and prospecting.
  5. Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of photo/video production, branding, website development, and 3D/CGI services.
  6. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  7. Personal Traits: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales executive: 3 years (Required)
  • Using CRM software: 1 year (Required)
  • Working in sales at a marketing agency: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Arabic (Required)
  • English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving license (Required)

Location:

  • Dubai (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
