Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner
Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the product range to offer personalized recommendations
Collaborating with sales and design teams to convey customer feedback and enhance product offerings
Handling transactions accurately and efficiently, managing payment processing and refunds
Keeping an organized record of customer interactions and maintaining customer databases
Creating a welcoming and engaging environment within the store
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional service
Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
