Civil Engineering Specialist

A reputed Contracting Company requires qualified and experienced Civil Engineers / Project Managers for their projects in Dubai. Candidates must have:

1. Project Planning: Analyze project requirements and develop detailed construction plans.
2. Prepare technical specifications for materials and construction methods.
3. Project Management & Oversight: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process.
4. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
5. Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
6. Prepare progress reports and keep all project stakeholders informed.
7. Control, monitor, and supervise the entire project team including subcontractors and ensure that the project is completed on or before the deadline without compromising quality and HSE standards.

We are looking for candidates with:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in construction/contracting companies in respective positions.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
