Chief Technician Mechatronics - Industrialization

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead/establish an Industrialization & Production Engineering capability in the Development Engineering division.
2. Be a key member in product design reviews to influence the testability, reliability, availability, maintainability, and producibility of the designs and products.
3. Oversee the development of Tools, Jigs & Fixtures required in the manufacturing and acceptance testing of various Sub-Assemblies as well as in the assembly process.
4. Gain product and design intent knowledge for industrialization and know-how transfer to form a bridge between development and production.
5. Review the Engineering data pack and generate the required technical documentation to ensure mature data packs for manufacturing and acceptance.
