Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
3. Develop partnerships with retail chains, hotels, and hospitality groups to expand bed linen product distribution
4. Identify emerging trends in home textiles and recommend product innovations
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis
6. Negotiate contracts and business deals
7. Track performance metrics and report on business development progress
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
2. Experience in the home textiles or bed linen industry preferred
3. Knowledge of textile manufacturing and fabric sourcing
4. Ability to develop customized solutions for large-scale buyers such as hotels and hospitals
5. Understanding of export-import processes related to textiles
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to identify market trends and business opportunities
8. Experience in contract negotiation and deal closure
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
10. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
11. Willingness to travel for business opportunities and client meetings
