Strategic management and development of the luxury segment across multiple markets for Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island & Club Privé by Rixos Saadiyat Island.
Securing and maintaining partnerships with top luxury partners in key source markets.
Manage marketing investment and communication to luxury partners.
Travel to key markets to exclusively target luxury tour operators and agencies for training & represent hotels at key Luxury trade events.
Secure and manage luxury consortia inclusion and strategies.
Monitor and react to market trends within the luxury segment.
Maximize occupancy and average rate of hotel through creative and selective selling for Luxury segment & Villas.
Development of unique strategies to target luxury segment.
Develop strong, secure and productive business relations with all companies within portfolio of Luxury Sales.
Provide ongoing market intelligence by monitoring business sources and segments.
Assist the DOS in pursuing new market segments to secure sales and prepare proposals for consideration.
Ensure that revenues and / or cost controls are maximized through proactive actions rather than reactive management.
Be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of all competing hotel and restaurant products and provide weekly regular updates after visiting competition hotels allocated for tracking purposes.
Maintain accurate information on all new and on-going leads and accounts, including solicitation efforts.
Contact and entertain clients during their site visits and through invitations to contacts within his/her respective segment.
Ensure that all incoming correspondence (inquiries, requests, offers, confirmations, etc.) are attended to and replied in due time.
Establish a Weekly / Monthly Reports, which includes the summary of the past activities, prospection and trends, and analyses competitor’s sales and promotion efforts, forecast for all sales activities & production/conversion figures.
Targets to achieve key figures from key accounts / key markets through preparation and execution of proper action plan for his/her field of responsibility.
Support colleagues in sales where necessary.

Qualifications:
Valid UAE driver's license.
Min 3 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality segment for Abu Dhabi.
English / Arabic speaker is essential, additional languages will benefit.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong market connections within Abu Dhabi, Dubai & International markets.
