Job requirements:
Cargo Insurance Administration:
- Develop insurance quotes.
- Prepare and issue draft and final certificates of cargo insurance.
- Administer cargo insurance certification in brokers web portals.
- Manage accord forms and claims.
- Assist in documentation tasks.
- Handle invoice data entry and maintain payment records.
Insurance Reporting:
- Prepare monthly corporate insurance reports.
- Support continuous reporting development.
- Coordinate and distribute report tasks.
Support to Group Marketing & Commercial:
- Collaborate with Group Marketing & Commercial teams on aspects related to GAC Sure Cargo Insurance.
Data Security:
- Cross-check data to ensure accuracy.
- Support continuous reporting and data quality initiatives.
- Ensure the precision and reliability of data.
Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet usage.
Effective communication skills at all levels; good command of spoken and written English.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
