Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the Desserts and Pastry section production
  • Supervise the daily operation of the Pastry section
  • Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
  • Assist in planning and designing the daily menu
  • Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has any culinary degree/diploma
  • Has minimum one year (1) experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry either in a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
  • Has a creative mindset and an eye for detail
  • Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
  • Has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
  • Communicates and writes fluently in English
