Associate Manager- Specialty Leasing Arabic Speaker

We are recruiting an Associate Manager Specialty Leasing for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, negotiate, and secure tenants for short-term retail spaces, events, and promotions within the property.
2. Maximize occupancy rates by strategically placing short-term retail and events to boost property revenue.
3. Actively engage with local and regional vendors, entrepreneurs, and startups to explore short-term leasing opportunities.
4. Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new short-term retail tenants.
5. Prepare, review, and oversee short-term lease agreements and proposals.
6. Ensure all lease agreements adhere to property policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Monitor lease duration and handle renewals or terminations as needed.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty leasing, retail, or property management.
3. Prior experience in kiosk or cart leasing is highly preferred.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
5. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
