Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Vehicle Fleet Coordinator to manage the smooth pickup and delivery of customer cars from our workshop to their designated locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely and efficient vehicle dispatch. Familiarity with Dubai's road network, traffic patterns, and navigation tools is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a positive and pleasant interaction while promptly addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Receive and review customer vehicle pickup and delivery requests from the workshop team.
  • Organize and schedule driver assignments based on location, workload, and delivery timeframes.
  • Ensure all vehicles are dispatched promptly and in compliance with service level agreements.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Dubai's roads, traffic routines, and navigation tools to optimize pickup and delivery routes.
  • Consider traffic conditions and time of day to plan the most efficient routes.
  • Address any concerns or questions from drivers during their routes.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm pickup and delivery schedules and address any changes or delays proactively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to vehicle pickup or delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle dispatch activities, including pickup and delivery times, customer information, and driver performance.
  • Use proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring smooth interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service
  • Ability to handle customer appointments and scheduling efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
