Job description
Manage and oversee all HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing for all full-time and part-time employees.
- Payroll and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of HR operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Provide HR metrics and reports to management for decision-making.
- Responsible for handling onboarding of employees from various government and private clients.
