4. Proven experience in service planning, qualification, and delivery oversight in a complex organisation.
5. Experience in project management and coordination, with a track record of successful service delivery.
6. Strong analytical and decision-making skills for effective service qualification and prioritisation.
7. Expertise in project management and service delivery methodologies.
8. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
